On Petition for Rehearing. The Cudahy Packing Company, a corporation, has filed its petition for rehearing in the above entitled cause. In its petition it challenges the statement in the opinion of the court that the application of Local Union No. 10 of the Packing House Workers Organization, affiliated with the Congress of Industrial Organizations, was supported by affidavit. It asserts that this statement in the opinion is not only not supported by the record, but is contrary to it. The order for the substitution of Local No. 10 is contained in the order of the Board providing for the calling of an election. It contains the following language:
